Refund and Returns Policy for Hana’s Products:

At Hana’s, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to return a product. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns:

If you receive any of our products that is damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may ask for a photo of the product as proof of the damage or spoilage. If we determine that the product is eligible for a return, we will offer you the following options:

  • A replacement of the product
  • A refund for the cost of the product

Please note that we may require the product to be returned to us for inspection.

Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product you received, you may request a refund within 24 hours of delivery. We may ask for a photo of the product as proof of the quality issue. If we determine that the product is eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund for the cost of the product.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for products that have been consumed or partially consumed.

Cancellation:

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not yet shipped your order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you may still be eligible for a return or refund.
